VIDEO: Injured climber rescued after becoming trapped down 700-foot cliff
An injured climber was rescued after becoming trapped down a 700-foot cliff in the Sierra National Forest in California.
California State police said on Sept. 14, a man became trapped due to an injury and was unable to climb to safety. The climber had to be rescued via helicopter.
Authorities said the climber was located near Courtright Reservoir in Fresno County.
The man was later taken by ambulance to the hospital for treatment.
