For more information, visit the city of Folsom’s website. Elk Grove Veterans Day Parade There will be a parade, ceremony and community picnic in honor of veterans on Tuesday in Elk Grove. A ceremonial reading of the names will take place at 8820 Elk Grove Blvd. at 10 a.m. There will also be a performance of the national anthem and an honor guard salute. At 11:11 a.m., the parade will begin at the Cosumnes Community Services District Administration Building and end at Elk Grove Regional Park at the memorial.The event is open to the public. For more information, click here. Stockton Veterans Day Parade Stockton’s Veterans Day celebration this year will also mark the 100-year anniversary of the Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium. The 25th annual Wayne Spence Folsom Veterans Day Parade begins at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
