OBITUARY
Michael “Mike” Jay Lott, 49, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on August 14, 2026, in Oceanside, CA. Mike was born September 20, 1976, in Santa Ana, CA to Jay and Shirley Lott. Mike was previously employed at Walmart and recently at Aldi. He was an avid bar-b-que enthusiast and enjoyed having family and friends enjoying his cooking. He was a devoted Charger, Padres, Mets, Lakers fan and a die-hard Michigan Wolverine fan. All which he enjoyed watching on TV or in person.
Mike is survived by his parents, his sister Mary Foster, brother Matthew Lott, sons Marcus and Devon Lott and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and many friends. The family will hold a Celebration of Life September 21, 2026 starting at 11 am at the North Coast Church 2405 N. Santa Fe Ave, Vista, CA 92084 where Mike was a member.
