A woman was arrested after a string of beauty supply store thefts across Southern California totaling $15,000 in stolen merchandise, the Brea Police Department said.
The thefts took place across multiple locations, including Cypress, Sherman Oaks and Brea, among others.
In a Signal Hill beauty store, the suspect allegedly got away with more than $1,500 in supplies, according to the Brea Police Department. Meanwhile, at a Lake Forest location, the suspect stole more than $1,350 worth of merchandise. The same suspect also hit up a Huntington Beach location where she got away with more than $1,350 in stolen items. She also stole more than $1,400 from a Lakewood location.
The spree came to an end in a Tarzana parking lot, where detectives took her into custody.
