National Cheeseburger Day is Sept. 18, and there’s a lot of ways for the Central Valley to celebrate.
Several local restaurants and national chains are running deals, discounts and other promotions customers can take advantage of.
Meal deals:
7-Eleven: Stop by any 7-Eleven convenience store for a $6 meal deal with a hot sandwich (Angus Double Cheeseburger, Chicken or Philly Cheesesteak) and a 20 oz. Coke or Pepsi.
Applebee’s: Dine-in and to-go customers can get either a Classic Burger or a Classic Cheeseburger with fries for only $8.99.
BOGOs:
Buffalo Wild Wings: Customers can buy one regular-priced cheeseburger and get another one of equal or lesser value for free with code BURGERDAY. (The deal does not apply to lunch combos or kids’ menu burgers)
Carl’s Jr.: My Rewards members can get any cheeseburger half-priced with any shake purchase.
Five Guys: Buy any burger and get a free burger (of equal or lesser value) through the app or website with the code BOGOBURGER. The code only works through digital ordering — not at the counter.
Contests:
Red Robin: The brand is giving away 400 digital Red Robin gift cards, but people have to interact with the brand digitally (by leaving a comment on their Instagram or Facebook pages) and fill out a contact form.
Kraft Singles: People who enter can win a variety of prizes, including Super Bowl LXI tickets, Kraft Singles for life or NFL Shop Gear. The link to the contest is here.

Burger King: Customers can get a free Bacon Cheeseburger with a $3 minimum purchase through the app and website.
Farmer Boys: Very Important Farmer members can score a Big Cheese cheeseburger for $3.99 through either online or in-store orders, but not through third-party delivery platforms or combo meals.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers: From Sept. 18 through Sept. 20, the chain is offering 50 percent off any Freddy’s Triple Steakburger (except for the Prime). People can get this deal through the app, in the drive-through, at the counter and on pickup and delivery orders.
