One person has been detained after a grenade was found in a car in southeast Fresno on Friday night.
Fresno Police responded to Second Street and Jensen Avenue, near the Fresno Inn, after the military weapon was discovered.
It’s unclear how it was found, but police evacuated the inn as a precaution.
Police also closed Second and Jensen because of the incident, but there is no longer a threat to the public.
