A wrestling ring was set up for the second time this year at Thrive City Plaza for Lucha Libre Wrestling Night.
Fans — some wearing traditional luchador masks — gathered Thursday in San Francisco to watch 22 wrestlers, including four women, perform high-flying maneuvers from the ring ropes, dramatic somersaults, and intricate submission holds. The action regularly spilled outside the ring as the crowd cheered on the competitors’ attempts to break free from painful locks.
Hosted by West Coast Pro Wrestling and Pro Wrestling Revolution, the event was broadcast live on the Thrive City Plaza video board to enhance the experience for all attendees.
