Beloved California burger chain In-N-Out has quietly updated its locations page with a four-pack of under-construction restaurants statewide, though Northern California fans may be slightly disappointed at their geographic dispersal.
Of the four, only one forthcoming In-N-Out location lands north of Fresno. That site, at 10537 Trinity Parkway in Stockton, does have some advantages though – namely, that it’s right off Interstate 5 and ideal for long road trips between Sacramento and Southern California.
The other sites are spread across Southern California, with two in Los Angeles County and one just to the east in San Bernardino County in the Inland Empire. The closest location to Los Angeles proper will be in Commerce, just southeast of Downtown LA and right next door to the popular Commerce Casino and Hotel. Interestingly, the In-N-Out website lists a currently nonexistent address for that site (6232 Craig Lane), though the actual site is at 6233 Telegraph Road, directly across from a busy Costco. The well-known site, which also sits next to Interstate 5, has been under construction since December 2025 and is expected to open before the end of the year.
The four In-N-Out locations coming soon are:
– 6233 Telegraph Road, Commerce, California
– 1221 Santa Anita Ave., South El Monte, California
– 8245 Pine Ave., Chino, California
– 10537 Trinity Parkway, Stockton, California

Southern California has been on a tear lately with new or upcoming In-N-Out locations, including a recent addition to the massive Great Park community in Orange County’s Irvine. That site, well away from freeways, sits directly across from a giant collection of sports fields and public parkland, making it one of the more walkable new stores in the company’s portfolio.
And that’s not all. This week, local real estate and urban planning outlet Urbanize LA reported that In-N-Out had submitted plans to the city of Los Angeles to demolish several buildings along Sepulveda Boulevard near the Interstate 10 and Interstate 405 interchange for an upcoming store. However, those plans are still in the development stage. The other sites, listed above, are slated for openings in the next several months, if not weeks.
The Sepulveda Boulevard site would not only give In-N-Out another freeway-adjacent restaurant in the area but would also solve one of the company’s biggest recent headaches: its stalemate with the nearby city of Culver City. In-N-Out previously planned a drive-thru location at a large strip mall inside the limits of Culver City, but after intense local pushback, city officials moved to enact a moratorium on all new drive-thru locations anywhere in town. If built, the Sepulveda Boulevard location would sit just over 3 miles from the stalled Culver City site.
Outside of California, the company continues to expand at a rapid rate, as it added a new Arizona location just this week. The company plans to debut its first New Mexico location in 2027, and it’s still riding high from the opening of its long-awaited Las Vegas flagship store, perched right above the Strip.
