After nearly a decade, holiday magic is returning to the San Francisco Zoo. “Zoo Lights” will officially return next month after ending its run in 2018.
The holiday favorite transforms the zoo into a nighttime winter wonderland with more than 1 million twinkling lights.
The event will also feature a massive frozen forest, animatronic dinosaurs and nods to San Francisco icons such as the Golden Gate Bridge and cable cars.
Zoo Lights runs from Nov. 6 through Jan. 3. Tickets go on sale soon at sfzoo.org.
