The Beach & Country Guild presented the 57th Dia Del Sol “Wicked for Good” benefit event on Oct. 7 at Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad. The event raised more than $260,000 to support United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of San Diego, according to a news release.
The event included a champagne reception, gourmet luncheon, live and silent auction, and fashion show. This year’s children’s fashion show featured The Sasha Project LA (www.thesashaprojectla.org). Event guest speakers were Elizabeth and Stephen Wampler, and the event MC was Rory Devine
