I offer my enthusiastic endorsement of Dr. Kaye Schneider to serve as a Trustee on the Coronado Unified School District Board. I’ve known Kaye for over 20 years and always found her to be personable, thoughtful and concerned about the Coronado community.
Over the last three years I had the pleasure of serving with Kaye as a member of an executive search committee for a head of staff position at a local non-profit. During our extensive nationwide search process Kaye’s patience, positive attitude and clearheaded judgment were one of the keys to the selection of an exceptionally well-qualified candidate who is now thriving in the position. Committee work is never easy. During the search process Kaye repeatedly proved her competence, composure and keen sense of discernment.
To summarize, based on close observation, Dr. Kaye Schneider is very well-equipped by temperament and training to serve effectively as a School Board Trustee. I am proud to commend her to Coronado voters for such service.
