Zandi
Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) has promoted Tahmores “Tommy” Zandi to Technical Design Principal. With over two decades of experience, Zandi leads technical design for complex projects—including work at UCSB, UC Berkeley, and LAX- focusing on sustainability, passive environmental strategies, and high-performance design. He served as 2024 AIA Los Angeles COTE Chair.
