CLOVIS, Calif. (FOX26) — A new café is brewing in Clovis and hopes to be more than just a place to grab your morning latte.
“The Cafe at Dosan” is a family-owned business built around good food, unique drinks, and a whole lot of love for the community.
The menu features unique drinks like cranberry, tiramisu, and pumpkin spice lattes, plus a coffee nut latte that’s already becoming a customer favorite.
While the café has its own specialty drinks, customers can also enjoy a full restaurant menu and bar experience.
Owner Jasmine Dosanjh says she wanted to create a calmer, more comfortable atmosphere where people could study, spend time with friends, or even host community events.
She says that personal touch is what her family wants to bring to every customer, with her husband and brothers also pouring their hearts into the business.
The family plans to partner with local businesses and creators, bringing more community connections into its seasonal menu and future events.

The café opens at 10 a.m., and the restaurant opens at 11 a.m., with coffee, food, and a full bar for guests to enjoy.
