This chef-driven three-course prix-fixe menu showcases seasonal ingredients and elevated holiday favorites served in a warm and festive restaurant setting.
Guests can begin with a velvety roasted butternut squash soup finished with brown butter and maple cream, or a crisp autumn salad featuring Hidden Rose apples, goat cheese, and apple cider vinaigrette. Entrée selections include traditional Roasted Diestel Turkey Breast with caramelized onion brioche stuffing and sweet potato purée, slow-braised Red Wine Short Ribs with root vegetable pilaf, or a seasonal vegetarian dish highlighting rainbow chard and spaghetti squash. The experience concludes with a festive holiday dessert buffet.
As an added convenience, guests joining us for our Thanksgiving dinner in San Diego will receive complimentary two-hour valet parking validation, making it easy to enjoy a stress-free holiday in the heart of the city.
