With many Los Angeles residents affected by the federal government’s suspension of SNAP benefits, several Eastside restaurants are coming together to support those in need. Beyond the Eastside, L.A. TACO has a full list of support across the city.

Lincoln Heights: Zizou is hosting a community dinner for SNAP support on Nov. 21, starting at 5 p.m. All proceeds from the Café Maghreb dinner specials will support SNAP recipients.

Echo Park: Donna’s is offering free take-home ready-to-heat vegetarian pastas to anyone who needs it during normal business hours.

Los Feliz and Virgil Village: Everytable launched a Pay It Forward campaign where you can buy a holiday meal for someone in need.
