A man riding an electric bicycle was struck by a vehicle in the Cambodia Town community of Long Beach, authorities said Saturday.
Officers were sent to Walnut Avenue and Seventh Street at 10:25 p.m. Friday and found the victim suffering from non-life-threatening injuries to the lower body, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
“Long Beach Fire Department personnel rendered medical aid on scene,” according to a police statement. “The male adult driver of the vehicle remained on scene and cooperated with the investigation. The investigation is ongoing.”
