EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — The midterm elections are right around the corner, and there are 14 statewide propositions on the ballot in California this election.
It includes Proposition 40, also known as the State’s Billionaire Tax Proposal.
But there are also two other ballot measures that could nullify Proposition 40 if they pass.
