Thanksgiving is a favorite holiday for many, but for the one cooking, it’s also a lot of work. These days, it’s also a lot of money.

For your consideration: the grocery store Thanksgiving bundle.

In Sacramento, there are grocery store meal kits at a wide range of price points and preparedness.

Some stores pack together holiday staples and let you do the cooking yourself. Others go a step further and sell pre-cooked Thanksgiving meals that just need to be popped in the oven.

Some popular stores, such as Trader Joe’s or WinCo, don’t offer holiday meal kits. But for the stores that do, these pre-assembled meals can be an easy way to knock some of the basics off that grocery list.

Here’s what local retailers are serving up for Thanksgiving 2026.
