Another Pacific storm is heading to Northern California which could bring more than an inch of rain and a foot of snow to some areas. The heaviest rain is expected to arrive after midnight Sunday with gusty winds over 30 mph. Rain amounts will range from .25-.50″ in the San Joaquin Valley to over an inch from Sacramento north. Snow amounts will vary as well, with Donner Summit expecting 6-10″ with the greatest amounts falling Monday morning.
