The Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks met on Sunday at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, for a Week 11 division battle, and Sean McVay’s team squeaked out a 21-19 win against.

Los Angeles’ defense was dominant in this one, forcing multiple turnovers and really limiting Seattle’s passing attack. However, their offense looked disjointed, as they scored on just three possessions and went stretches without sustained drives.

As we do after every game, let’s take a look at some Rams who deserve more credit for their efforts against the Seahawks, as well as some who will need to reflect after this one.

STUD: DB Kam Kinchens

While the Rams intercepted Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold four times on Sunday, Kinchens got his hands on two of them, once in the first quarter and once late in the third. Both interceptions were great examples of a defender just reading the quarterback’s eyes and breaking on the ball.

Havenstein didn’t look great in his third game back from injury. He was beaten multiple times on both pass and run plays, and he was called for a brutal false start on a third-and-10 that eventually led to a Rams’ punt.

STUD: RB Kyren Williams

Williams had his most efficient game of the year, rushing for 91 yards and a touchdown on an impressive 7.6 yards per attempt. He also caught one pass for five yards. The ground attack was noticeably different when Blake Corum subbed in, who rushed for just 10 yards on eight carries.

DUD: Football IQ/preparation

Los Angeles is always well prepared, and while they’ve been one of the least penalized teams in the NFL this year, their six penalties were just part of their mistakes. The Rams were forced to use all of their first-half timeouts in the first quarter due to a failed challenge and mistakes getting lined up correctly and on time. Any of those could’ve come back to haunt them if it weren’t for Darnold’s ugly day.
