Two lottery players in the Bay Area just missed hitting the jackpot in Saturday’s Powerball draw but still came away with $609,000 each, according to the California Lottery.

The tickets matching the first five numbers Saturday were sold at the Rotten Robbie gas station at 1655 Foxworthy Ave. in San Jose and at One Stop Liquor & Food at 5206 Pacheco Blvd. in Pacheco, a community in Contra Costa County near Concord, the lottery said.

The official value of each ticket is $609,497.

The winning numbers in Saturday night’s $546 million Powerball draw were: 6-7-12-47-53 and the Powerball 21.

There were no jackpot winners in the multi-state lottery game, so the Powerball jackpot rises to an estimated $570 million for Monday night’s draw, according to the lottery.
