(FOX40.COM) — The Sacramento Police Department responded to reports made by security personnel of a juvenile fighting with one person who had a gun.

The police said the fight happened near the 400 block of K Street. Officers coordinated with security personnel and used SPD’s Public Safety Camera Network to track down the armed juvenile who was still on K Street.
The juvenile was in possession of the handgun, and a second juvenile was found to own an imitation firearm, SPD said.

According to SPD, both juveniles were arrested for weapons-related charges.

“Another great example of teamwork and dedication from our officers towards keeping our community safe,” according to SPD.
