The man was taken to the hospital on Nov. 2, when he was found in the area of Omar and Boyd streets, according to hospital staff.
He is about 65 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 148 pounds with light brown eyes and salt-and-pepper hair that was shaved by hospital staff.
Anyone with information about the man was urged to call medical center social workers at 323-409-3877 or 323-409-3859.
