Sacramento deputies in standoff with man armed with rifle, sheriff’s office says

Sacramento County deputies are in a standoff with a person believed to be armed, officials said Wednesday.Two neighbors got into an argument, leading one of them to point a gun at the other in the 2000 block of Kincaid Way west of Watt Avenue, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said. Deputies are now trying to negotiate with the man to come out of his house and peacefully surrender.The SWAT team is also responding to assist deputies with the barricaded man, the sheriff’s office said.
