A person was taken to the hospital after a shooting in Del Paso Heights on Friday afternoon, according to the Sacramento Police Department. Police said the shooting happened just after 2:45 p.m. in the 900 block of Harris Avenue. Officers would not specify the age or condition of the shooting victim.
