Bakersfield police seek public’s help to find missing 15-year-old boy

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding a missing 15-year-old boy.

Police said Jakai Phillips was last seen on November 22, 2025, at around 5 p.m., in the 2900 block of Foxboro Court in southwest Bakersfield.

Jakai is considered at risk due to being a first-time runaway.

He is described as Black, 5’10” tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
