A search has been launched for a missing New Jersey man who was swept into the Pacific Ocean over the weekend in California.
Authorities say 35-year-old Army specialist and student Amanpreet Thind has been missing since Saturday.
He and two women were swept off the rocks at a beach in Monterey County, according to officials.
The two women were able to escape the water on their own.
