BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Christmas Town opens November 28 for the 2025 year at the Kern County Fairgrounds.
Christmas Town is open until January 3, 2026, with a walk-thru and drive-thru option for families.

Families choosing to walk through will be able to go down a sledding hill, see lights throughout the area, skate on the ice skating rink, enjoy a hay ride, meet Santa Claus, and more.
Admission to the walk-through ranges from $25 to $30. Children 2 and under are free.
There is also a drive-thru option for families to check out its interactive light display, with prices ranging from $30 to $40 per vehicle. Other prices are available for more oversized vehicles like limos or party buses.

Christmas Town is open:
Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The walk-through is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Drive-through will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
