He’s accused of dismembering and discarding her body; her remains were never found.

Opening statements are expected on Monday morning.

On the first day of jury selection, the Cohasset father surprisingly pleaded guilty to 2 out of his 3 charges. That includes unlawfully disposing of his wife Ana Walshe’s body and misleading investigators.

Walshe now faces the main charge of murder.

Prosecutors have to prove he killed his wife without a body.
