Santa Clara District Attorney Jeff Rosen said that the juvenile and an accomplice who helped him escape will be charged in this case. The accomplice was described as a woman, 21, pushing a stroller with a baby inside. She allegedly helped the shooter escape the mall after the shooting. She is an adult with a familial relationship with the alleged shooter, per Rosen. The mall reopened Saturday with increased security.
