Disneyland has not yet confirmed all the entertainment details for Oogie Boogie Bash. Expect the Frightfully Fun Parade and Villains Grove haunted walk-thru experience to be back in 2026 along with trick-or-treat trails, meet-and-greet photo ops with Disney characters in Halloween costumes, specialty-themed food and drinks and collectible merchandise.
Last year, Disneyland offered unlimited free PhotoPass downloads and each attendee got a commemorative keepsake.

Adults and kids can dress up in costume for the event — but there are a few rules.
Dressing up like a Disney, Pixar, Marvel or Star Wars character is permitted, but you can’t pose for photos or sign autographs.
Costumes can’t be offensive, violent or objectionable (even if that sounds like a deadringer description of Deadpool). Costumes can’t drag on the ground (pretty much every full-length Disney princess dress) or have any sharp or pointed details (leave your Vibranium spear at home).

Disneyland has not yet announced when tickets will go on sale for Oogie Boogie Bash 2026 or how much admission will cost for the separate-admission event.
Tickets cost $139 to $199 in 2025 with the prices rising the closer you got to Halloween. Ticket prices rose $5 to $10 in 2025 but didn’t increase in 2024.
Disneyland launched ticket sales in 2025 during the last week of June with Inspire Magic Keyholders getting the first batch followed by all Magic Keyholders and then the general public.

If they wanted, ticket buyers waiting in the online queue could get notified by email when it was their turn to buy tickets by using the “notify me” option.
A limited number of tickets were available for the two Magic Key presales.

You will want to keep an eye out in June 2026 when Disneyland is expected to announce the on-sale dates for Oogie Boogie Bash.
When tickets do finally go on sale you’ll need to move fast. In past years, every night of Oogie Boogie Bash has sold out in days if not hours.

Sales lagged a bit last year with tickets still available for a few select nights when the event started in mid-August. But it’s not a good idea to wait — especially if you have a specific date in mind.
Magic Keyholders don’t get any discounts on Oogie Boogie Bash tickets. The events are rain or shine and there are no refunds. Parking is not included in the ticket price.

If you miss out on tickets, don’t even think about buying them on eBay or StubHub. Disneyland is watching. Very closely.
Oogie Boogie Bash tickets can’t be resold or transferred — and Disneyland will revoke scalped tickets.
And if you like being an annual passholder, don’t even think about trying to sell your extra Oogie Boogie Bash tickets on the aftermarket, because Disneyland will revoke your Magic Key and ban you from the park.

The Oogie Boogie Bash 2026 after-hours party is separate from Halloween Time at Disneyland and Plaza de la Familia at Disney California Adventure that both kick off on Aug. 21 and take over the parks during the All Hallow’s Eve season.
All the Halloween attraction overlays you’ve known from seasons past are expected to return —including Haunted Mansion, Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: Breakout, Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree and Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters.
