Fresno police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Nickii Garcia, who was last seen Wednesday, Nov. 15, around noon near Kern Street and East Cesar Chavez Boulevard.
Garcia is described as 5-foot-1, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with short black hair and hazel eyes.
She was riding a black 24-inch Mongoose bicycle with white tires and was last seen wearing a black shirt, dark jeans, black shoes, and carrying a black or blue purse.
