Chef George Dingle and his wife, Anissa Dingle, opened their ode to British pub life with Dingles Public House in November 2025. The space has been spruced up to feel like a proper pub, with British racing-green walls and deep maroon booths perfect for a pint or cocktail with alehouse snacking standards.
Try to grab the table in front of the fireplace; the hearth adds ambiance with bonus views of the kitchen and bar. That being said, beautiful leather banquette seating lines the walls, meaning comfy, posh-looking seats are available anywhere in the restaurant.
Anglophiles will be thrilled to know that Dingles Public House features a Sunday Roast. The roast itself may rotate by the week, but plan to order must-have sides like the Yorkshire pudding.
