BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — North of the River Recreation and Parks District is getting into the holiday spirit with multiple upcoming events.
Jasmin Lobasso with NOR joined Eyewitness News to share more about all the fun.
NOR is hosting Breakfast with Santa on December 6 starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Rasmussen Center.
All ages are welcome to enjoy a delicious breakfast, holiday activates and of course, spend some time with Santa Claus.
Admission is $10 dollars. Ages 2 and under are free.
NOR will also be holding a Winter Theater Camp for ages 6 to 16.
The camp is taking place on December 29 and 30 as well as on January 2 at the Riverview Community Center.
Children will learn about acting, music and all the magic that happens backstage.
NOR also has a Winter Camp offering crafts, sports and other seasonal activates for ages 5 to 11.
The Winter Camp is happening from December 22 through January at the Greenacres Community Center.
