BAKERSFIELD, VT — Two women were arrested on active warrants Dec. 5 after Vermont State Police troopers located them at a residence on Academy Lane.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks were conducting patrol in Bakersfield at approximately 7:18 p.m. when they found Kyrsten St. Martin, 35, of South Burlington, and Kyly Ott, 23, of Richford, at the residence.
Both women were known to have active warrants for their arrest, according to police.
St. Martin and Ott were taken into custody and transported to Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility in South Burlington.
St. Martin was held on $2,500 bail and issued a flash citation ordering her to appear before Chittenden County Criminal Court on Dec. 8 at 8:30 a.m.
St. Martin’s active warrant contained a charge of felony forgery for uttering or publishing an instrument.
Ott was held on $500 bail and issued a flash citation ordering her to appear before Franklin County Criminal Court on Dec. 8 at 1 p.m.
Ott’s active warrant contained a charge of felony grand larceny exceeding $900.
