The City of Encinitas held its 68th Annual Holiday Parade, presented by RadMaps by Airwave, on Dec. 6. The parade featured floats, marching bands and decorated cars along Coast Highway from D to J streets. A ceremonial tree lighting and a special visit from Santa Claus kicked off the festivities. This year’s Grand Marshal was Bill Harman, chosen for his lifelong commitment to peace that reflects the 2025 parade theme “Peace by the Pacific”, a news release stated.
