Sacramento’s rock ‘n’ roll export Cake is coming home for two shows in March.The band known for “The Distance,” “Never There,” “Rock ‘n’ Roll Lifestyle,” and “Short Skirt/Long Jacket” will perform at Channel 24 for all-ages shows on March 21 and 22. This appears to be the first time the band will return to the City of Trees since playing a set at the Golden 1 Center in 2019. The band had performed elsewhere in the Bay Area and in Redding in recent years. All right! Yeah! Sacramento’s rock ‘n’ roll export Cake is coming home for two shows in March.

The band known for “The Distance,” “Never There,” “Rock ‘n’ Roll Lifestyle,” and “Short Skirt/Long Jacket” will perform at Channel 24 for all-ages shows on March 21 and 22.

A presale for tickets begins Thursday at 10 a.m. with the password “hookandladder” ahead of a public sale on Friday at 10 a.m. Learn more here.
