Orange County had 60 million-dollar ZIP codes in the third quarter, unchanged from a year earlier.
There were 4,764 sales combined in communities with five or more sales, with a median selling price of $1 million, according to Attom data. That’s up 2% from the previous year and accounted for 75% of countywide sales. The busiest seven-figure ZIP was Laguna Niguel 92677 with 207 sales.
Prices ranged from $5.63 million in Newport Coast 92657 to $1.01 million in Anaheim 92807.
There were 25 ZIPs with prices under $1 million. Sales totaled 1,593 – down 0.4% in a year. The busiest sub-million ZIP was Rancho Santa Margarita 92688 with 124 sales.
Prices ranged from $998,700 in Garden Grove 92841 to $489,600 in Laguna Woods 92637.
