What is this California Angels Logo?

The California Angels road jersey logo worn during the 1972 season featured “angels” in red lowercase lettering trimmed in white with a red halo above the “a” across the front of a grey button-up jersey. The Angels switched the style of their jersey lettering the following season, adding an uppercase “A” and a golden halo.
