NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – While Tennessee Titans superstar Jeffery Simmons was busy scoring a touchdown in San Francisco, his Tennessee home was broken into on Sunday.
The veteran defensive tackle took to social media to report the burglary and even post a video of the suspects.
“What if any of my family members was in my house? All that materialistic **** you can have but this is crazy,” he said.
The Metro Nashville Police Department reports its detectives are investigating the burglary. MNPD said that video surveillance shows the incident occurred at about 7 p.m. when at least six suspects entered the home after smashing out the window glass.
Police report that multiple items were taken from the home.

“Team security is actively working with Metro Nashville Police Department to recover items stolen from Jeff Simmons’ house. No residents were home during the burglary.”
