The person who reported it described the animal as small but with pointed ears and a muscular body, lying motionless.Nuckolls described the dog as shivering and unresponsive, taking it to a veterinarian to check if she had a microchip, which she did not. He then took the dog to the Bradshaw Animal Shelter for a mandatory stray hold.There, he learned that the French bulldog was likely dumped because she did not meet the standards for her breed and did not have much dollar value as such.
