FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Mayor Jerry Dyer and Council Vice President Miguel Arias held a groundbreaking ceremony for the North Fulton Parking Structure on Monday.

The project will provide over 600 parking stalls in downtown Fresno.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place at 10 a.m. near 1241 Broadway Plaza, near Fresno Street and Van Ness Avenue.
