(KFSN) &#8212; Police are searching for the gunman who opened fire at a man in his car following an argument in northeast Fresno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Officers say the shooting happened around 7 p.m. Thursday in the area of Santa Ana and First, which is across the street from Fashion Fair Mall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Investigators say a man in his late 20s drove past a group of men and an argument broke out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The argument eventually led one of the men to open fire on the victim&#8217;s car.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The victim was hit at least once in his legs by the gunfire and is expected to be okay.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Detectives say the suspects fled on foot and there is no indication that anyone involved came from the mall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">Fresno Police are now canvassing the area for surveillance footage to help with their investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2025 KFSN-TV.
