the Prime 7 restaurant on Cooley Lake Road in Commerce Township<\/a>.<\/p>\nPolice said they were called to the restaurant and found Francesk Shkambi, 44, of Howell, lying on the patio.<\/p>\n
He was given aid and rushed to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries, authorities said.<\/p>\n
Police said they were investigating the shooting when they learned that someone had driven to the Farmington Hills Police Department and turned himself in.<\/p>\n
That man was later identified as Pjetri, a Farmington Hills resident. He was charged with first-degree murder and felony firearm.<\/p>\n
On Thursday, Dec. 19, Pjetri was bound over to circuit court, where he is expected to face trial.<\/p>\n
If he\u2019s convicted, Pjetri could face life in prison.<\/p>\n
