On Friday, the Edmonton Oilers<\/a> announced that goaltender Tristan Jarry<\/a> has been placed on injured reserve<\/a>, while netminder Connor Ingram has been recalled from the AHL\u2019s Bakersfield Condors. They also shared that forward Jack Roslovic has been moved to long-term injured reserve.<\/p>\n

The roster moves between the pipes come after Jarry left Thursday night\u2019s game<\/a> against the Boston Bruins during the second period due to a lower-body injury. He appeared to suffer the injury while making a sliding save. According to Sportsnet\u2019s Mark Spector,<\/a> he\u2019s flying back to Edmonton to be evaluated by doctors. Due to the IR designation, Jarry would not be eligible to play for the Oilers until next Saturday against the Calgary Flames, but there is no word yet on the severity of his injury or a timeline for his return.In Jarry\u2019s place, Ingram is coming to Edmonton for the first time since he was acquired from the Utah Mammoth<\/a> in October. With the Oilers set to play back-to-back games this weekend, the 28-year-old will likely soon make his debut with the team. In 11 appearances with the Condors this season, Ingram has a 4-5-2 record, with an .856 SV% and a 4.04 GAA. He last appeared in the NHL in February with the Mammoth, but stepped away from the team to deal with personal issues.<\/a>Meanwhile, Roslovic has been out since late November, when he suffered an injury<\/a> from a blocked shot against the Dallas Stars. At the time it was reported he would miss several weeks, and now it looks like he may be out even longer, as he joins Jake Walman, Noah Philp, and Kasperi Kapanen on LTIR.
