(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 Three people were arrested for suspected DUI during a <a href=\"https:\/\/bakersfieldnow.com\/news\/local\/chp-announces-dui-checkpoint-in-bakersfield-on-dec-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CHP checkpoint<\/a> Friday night in Bakersfield.<\/p>\n<p>CHP conducted a DUI checkpoint on Friday, December 19, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/bakersfieldnow.com\/news\/local\/chp-announces-dui-checkpoint-in-bakersfield-on-dec-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CHP announces DUI checkpoint in Bakersfield on Dec. 19<\/a><\/p>\n<p>CHP said during the checkpoint, officers screened 172 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Field sobriety tests were conducted on four drivers, of whom three were arrested for DUI.
