BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 Kern County Public Works has established sandbag stations at nine locations throughout the county in preparation for potential heavy rainfall. <\/p>\n
Residents are advised to bring their own shovels and sandbags, which can be purchased at local hardware stores. <\/p>\n
The sandbag stations are strategically located in Bakersfield, Frazier Park, Lake Isabella, Lamont, Lebec, McFarland, Mountain Mesa, Tehachapi, and Wofford Heights. <\/p>\n
