There were no injuries reported when a long-vacant building near Gilman and Second streets caught fire early Tuesday morning, fire officials said.<\/p>\n

Deputy Fire Chief Keith May said reports of a structure fire came in beginning around 3:55 a.m. and that when firefighters arrived, they discovered the \u201clarge commercial building on fire.\u201d<\/p>\n

Firefighters have put out the fire, but the cause of the fire is under investigation, May said.<\/p>\n

Tuesday\u2019s fire was in the same block where a September fire torched two buildings<\/a> at the old Pacific Steel Casting Company site.<\/p>\n
