After running a successful daytime takeout window inside Echo Park\u2019s Dada Market, Anna Sonenshein and Niki Vahle\u2019s former pop-up Little Fish<\/a> has finally graduated to the major leagues with a full-service outpost near an increasingly trendy stretch of East Hollywood<\/a>. By day, Little Fish Melrose Hill serves the couple\u2019s elevated version of Filet-O-Fish that first put them on the map<\/a> in the early days of the pandemic, plus a handful of other lunch-only items inside a sun-soaked, minimalist dining room defined by clean lines and a bright red terrazzo floor. Come nightfall, the restaurant transforms into an effortlessly chic dinner destination, fried fish sandwiches swapped out for evening-only dishes that afford Sonenshein and Vahle the opportunity to flex in the kitchen.<\/p>\n

After dinner, head down the street for a drink or two at Bar 109, the more casual cocktail bar concept in front of Corridor 109<\/a>. Alternatively, grab a glass of wine at Bar Etoile, which closes at 11 p.m.<\/p>\n

On Fridays and Saturdays, Little Fish offers valet.
