(KBAK\/KBFX)  \u2014 The California Highway Patrol closed the westbound lanes of Highway 58 at Cameron Canyon early Thursday morning due to mud sliding into the roadway.<\/p>\n<p>Drivers were diverted off the highway at Exit 172. The California Department of Transportation is working to get stuck drivers out of the mud and clear the roadway.<\/p>\n<p>There is no word on when the road will reopen.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
